Nestle Expands Into Personalized Nutrition

The Nestle Institute of Health Sciences will be part of the organization’s R&D network which will conduct research into how nutritional strategies improve health and longevity. The Institute will be based at Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology at Lausanne) and be run by Emmanuel E. Baetge, former Chief Scientific Officer of ViaCyte, a biotech company based in San Diego.
