antimatter rocketScientists are now conceiving of new ways to power space ships that will be powerful enough to take us to the nearest sun, 200 MILLION times the distance of our own sun. In August, New York University Physicist Jia Liu unveiled his concept for the design of a spacecraft powered by dark matter. Dark matter is thought to be made up of neutralinos, tiny particles without any electric charge. When they collide, they create enormous power.

Marvellous to have some science fiction writing, but surely it’s better to use a power source that we KNOW EXISTS? Dark matter is a gravitational concept that belongs in a fantasy, mathematically generated universe.

Unlike Dark Matter and Black Holes, PLASMA can be demonstrated in the laboratory. Plasma makes up 99.99% of the universe and appears in both visible and invisible forms. It is easily detected, once conducting electricity, as it generates magnetic fields. If these enormous electric currents can be harnessed for propulsion then why do we need consider the extremely weak force of gravity??
